Front Porch: What are you grateful for?
Hi Beautiful,
Did you know that November is National Gratitude Awareness Month?
I just love this so much because for me, having a grateful heart is where a good life starts.
But I know if you’re having problems or things are looking a little dark, this can be tough to do. So, if this is you, my suggestion is to start small. Find one thing to be grateful for. Maybe it’s your family, your health, having a delicious cup of coffee, or feeling the sunshine on your face.
Say it out loud, like this: I am grateful for my family (or whatever it is you’re grateful for).
That’s it. Easy, peasy.
Just start there and see what magic unfolds in your life.
Because everything starts with a grateful heart.
Xoxo
P.S. I’d love to hear what you’re grateful for. Just hit reply and tell me what that is.

New Article: How to Embrace Change and Live by Design
Change. It affects us all. Whether it’s financial or related to our health, relationships, career, or anything else, how we handle change matters. Our perspective can make us anxious and out of sorts or propel us forward.
On a recent episode of the Kim Gravel Show, Kim explored effective ways to manage anxiety during transitions—and how to look at change as an opportunity for growth. She and Zac also shared strategies to help you shift from a reactive mindset to one that embraces challenges as steps toward your higher purpose.
“A satisfied life is one that is not growing,” Kim said. “If you are going through a change and you’re feeling anxiety or that ‘undoneness,’ that’s a good place to be” (because it means you’re being propelled forward).
How do you ensure you’re growing rather than getting caught up in anxiety? As you experience change and go through transitions, make sure you’re living life by design.
Catch up: Love Yourself First with Jennie Garth
Y’all, I’ve got such a treat for you today on the show! Jeannie Garth, the 90210 star, joins me to chat about 90210, her iconic character and much more, including a beautiful message of self-love and self-care designed to help you love yourself more fully.
Jeannie wants to encourage women to embrace their uniqueness—flaws and all. It’s part of her "I Choose Me" movement, which I just love. Along with so much wisdom, she offers tips for shifting your perspective and emphasizes the importance of choosing yourself.
We had tons of fun in this episode and I think you’re going to love it. Oh, and make sure you stay until the very end because we play a clip from Jennie's past that you won't believe.
